Men tend to spend more money while on holiday than women, a new survey has revealed.

According to travelsupermarket.com, males spend about 31 per cent more than females during a typical week abroad.

Men were also found to be spending larger amounts than they were six months ago, as their holiday budget has gone up by 11 per cent during this time.
