This Himalayan torrent is one of Nepal’s steepest rivers, flowing all the way from the mountains of Tibet to the lowlands of India. So if white water rafting or canyoning down the cascade doesn’t satisfy your hunger for the extreme, have a go the leaping into this tropical gorge. The surrounding jungle forest on the cliff top is beautiful and the raging rapids underneath give it that extra fear-factor!

You’ll be in safe hands as you launch yourself from one the highest bungee’s in the world (525 foot/160 meters) – this bridge has been designed by the Swiss and can hold up to 4.5 tons of weight.

The Victoria Fall Bridge lies over the Zambezi River, the boarder between Zimbabwe and Zambia. It is accessible from either side. The stunning waterfalls rush below the bridge creating a misty, magical atmosphere. As one of the largest sheets of falling water, you won’t see many other sites like it and can enjoy the spectacular views before the plunge. It has even been named a World Heritage Site.

Kawarau Bridge, New Zealand

This is the place where it all began! Fling yourself 141 feet towards the water and into history at the sight of AJ Hackett’s original commercial bungee jump. He was the guy that launched this adrenalin inducing activity in the adventure capital of the world, Queenstown, on the South Island of New Zealand.
